PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains what Purpose Mapping, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 7901 4th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 (“Purpose Mapping”, “we”, “us”) collects through purposemapping.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill in the form on our home page or book a call: your first and last name, email address, phone number, where you heard about us, the time you book, and anything you write to us. If you tick “It’s cool to hit me up”, we also record that you agreed to hear from us.
What your browser tells us. Pages you visit, how you move around a page, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level, from your internet address), and how you arrived. This comes from small files called cookies and similar tools, listed below.
We do not ask for, and do not want, health information, payment card numbers or government ID numbers through this website.
Who helps us run the site
These companies process data for us, under their own privacy terms:
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — stores your contact details, runs the booking calendar, and sends our emails and text messages.
• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads — count visits and measure which ads bring people to us.
• Microsoft Clarity and PostHog — show us how visitors use the page (for example, where people stop scrolling), including recordings of page sessions with typed text hidden.
• Cloudflare and DigitalOcean — deliver and host the website and protect it from attacks.
How we use it
• To reply to you, run the call you booked, and send what you asked for.
• If you agreed: to send you our newsletter, invitations and offers by email or text message.
• To understand what works on the site and in our ads, and to improve both.
• To keep the site secure, and to meet legal duties.
Email and text messages
We only send marketing messages if you agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link. For texts, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to messages is never a condition of booking a call.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the companies listed above to run our business, with professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers), or when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
• Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
• Stop marketing at any time (unsubscribe link, or STOP by text).
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• If you live in a U.S. state or a country with its own privacy law (for example California or the European Union), you have the rights that law gives you, and we honor them through the same email.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security and how long we keep it
We use reasonable safeguards, and only people who need it can see your information. No website is perfectly secure. We keep contact records while we are in touch with you and for as long as the law requires for business records, then delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
